    Simón Bolívar, "El Libertador", had the dream to unite all of the non-English speaking nations of the Americas into one only country, the Grand Colombia. He failed. Halfway between Microprose's "New World" and "Spanish Pride", this scenario gives you the opportunity to succeed where Bolívar failed. Unite Hispanoamerica, and do it in true Civ2 style.
